Building Reservations Interest Form

We are honored that you are considering using Citylight Church - Council Bluff’s building for your event! We consider our building a tool that’s meant to be used for the the advancement of the mission of our church - to multiply disciples and churches for the glory of Jesus!

A notice of 30 days is required for approval and to ensure no calendar conflicts.

The use of the building must align with the mission, vision, bylaws, and addendum (“Regarding the Faith Community and Mission of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and its Ecclesiastical Entities”) of Citylight Church.

Usage of the church building and its facilities will be prioritized for members of Citylight Church.

We try to limit rental fees as much as we can, but we have learned there are some still some costs associated with hosting events in our building. The regular fees (tech needs are additional) are $50 for a non-wedding event and for a wedding, the fees are $100 for building and custodial fees and $200 for pastoral fees if you request a Citylight Pastor to officiate your wedding or a celebration of life service. This is made payable to the staff member.

Use of the church’s equipment is available upon the Worship/Production Director’s approval, but must be operated by Church staff or approved volunteers. Use of Sound system & projector- $100
Video/Audio Recording- $200 (in addition to $100 for use of sound system)

If you have media (slide show, video, music, etc.) you would like to be presented, this media will need to be received by the worship/production director at least 2 days in advance of the event. The Worship Director will coordinate with you about specific details regarding tech needs and stage design needs

To reserve the building, individuals or groups need to fill out this online form so we can serve you. Then our Facilities Coordinator will contact you with the availability of our building and any next steps within seven business days. Any questions can be brought to the attention of our elders by the Facilities Coordinator.
